BSA-100A Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer

BSA-100A atomic fluorescence spectrometer is a series of BSA liquid chromatograph atomic fluorescence spectrometer products independently developed by Baode. It can analyze qualitatively and quantitatively the chemical forms (arsenic forms, mercury forms, selenium forms, antimony forms, and more than ten other compounds) and their contents of trace heavy metal elements in samples from various fields such as food and environment.


Instrument principle :

Due to diverse chemical and toxicological properties of different forms for the same element, the analysis and determination of the total amount of elements can no longer meet the needs of food safety identification. After pre-treatment and online chromatographic separation, the sample is then combined with a BAF-2000 (dual channel simultaneous detection) atomic fluorescence spectrometer to detect inorganic and organic compounds in heavy metal compounds qualitatively and quantitatively.


Detection object :

Ø Arsenic forms: Arsenate As (V), Arsenate As (III), MMA (V), DMA (V), AsB, AsC, organic arsenic preparations in feed (p-ASA, Roxarsone)

Ø Mercury forms: inorganic mercury Hg2+, methyl mercury MetHg, ethyl mercury EtHg, benzene organic mercury PhHg

Ø Selenium forms: selenite Se (IV), selenate Se (VI), selenocysteine SeCys, selenomethylselenocysteine SeMeCys, and selenomethionine SeMet

Ø Antimony forms: trivalent antimony Sb (III), antimonate Sb (V)


Application area :

Mainly used for environmental sample testing, food hygiene testing, water sample testing, agricultural and product testing, geological and metallurgical sample testing, disease control and epidemic prevention center sample testing, Chinese and Western medicine, biomaterials, cosmetics, textile clinical experiments, and educational scientific research.
